Maundy Thursday (April 18) and Good Friday (April 19) are declared as regular non-working holidays and Black Saturday (April 20) is a special non-working holiday.

Most banks in the Philippines are closed on regular non-working holidays such as Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. Some banks also perform system upgrades during Holy Week so online banking and ATMs may also be unavailable.

Here’s a list of bank schedules to help you prepare for the Holy Week long weekend. (Read: Available Cash in and Cash out Options for Holy Week 2019)

BDO

All BDO branches are closed from Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday (April 18 to 21). Regular branch operations will resume on Monday (April 22).

BDO ATMs are also unavailable from Friday (April 19)  8 PM to Saturday (April 20) 12 NN for a major system upgrade. During the system upgrade, mobile and online banking will be unavailable. BDO debit and cash cards will not be usable online, in stores, or in any ATM as well during the upgrade.

 

Security Bank

All Security Bank branches are closed from Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday (April 18 to 21). Regular branch operations will resume on Monday, April 22. NAIA and NAIA Terminal 3 Security Bank branches are open on Black Saturday (April 20) and Easter Sunday (April 21). See more details here

Metrobank

All Metrobank branches will be closed on Friday (April 19). Regular branch operations will resume on Monday (April 22).

All PNB branches are closed on Friday (April 19). Here is a list of branches that are open on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday:

  • NAIA 2 – Departure Area 6am – 3pm

  • NAIA 1 – Departure Area 4:30am – 8pm
  • NAIA 2 – Departure Area 6am – 8pm

  • Cebu-Carcar 9am – 4pm
  • Cebu-Mambaling 9am – 4pm
  • Cebu-Tabunok National Highway 9am – 4pm
  • Tagbilaran-Alturas Mall 2pm – 6pm
  • Tagbilaran-CPG Avenue 9am – 1pm
  • Tagbilaran-Island City Mall 9am – 4pm
  • Zamboanga-KCC Mall 9:30am – 5:30pm

Sunday (April 21)

  • NAIA 1 – Departure Area 4:30am – 8pm
